In this training, you'll learn the basics of beginning your mindfulness practice! You'll be invited to learn mindfulness practices to cultivate present moment, mindful awareness of breath, body and senses, as well of mindful states around your emotions and thoughts. These practices are helpful in managing stress more healthfully and effectively, cultivating calm and attuned responsiveness both towards ourselves and to those around us, and in supporting our happiness.
