In this small group workshop, we will support your evolving mindfulness practice and our community of mindfulness practitioners in continuing to cultivate and encourage the deepening of your/our practices. If you have had experience and/or training in mindfulness and are looking for ways to keep your practice going and growing, this invitation to participate springs from the intention to support you.
Suggested Donation $50-75 for 5 Sessions; Limited to 10 spaces.
