Spring Mindfulness Training!


Tuition:  $400

This is a full training in experiential and embodied mindfulness, which proceeds through the classical system of mindfulness of breath and body, senses, emotions and thoughts.  We will also focus on heart practices, to allow us to exercise our heart muscle through practices for self-compassion, lovingkindness, joy and compassion for others.  The aim is to offer practices to begin the cultivation of an embodied mindful awareness practice that allows us to choose and celebrate happiness and to recognize our full potential to transform and liberate our suffering,

May 13 + 27~ Mindfulness of the Heart, Gratitude, Compassion + Joy
